New features added to the member pages

The addition of a Member Feedback Forum allows members to post feedback in relation to their trading experiences with other site members. Most collectors are honest and will go out of the way to fulfill their trade obligations. However there are a few that bring the hobby into disrepute. Hopefully this feedback tool will help weed out those few individuals.

The Unknown Patch Gallery allows members to post patches that they would like identified so that other members can view them and hopefully identify them.
